The invention relates to a fluorescent probe compound for detecting polysulfide and a preparation method of the fluorescent probe compound. The structure of the compound is as shown in a formula I. Compared with a traditional detection technique, a non-invasive fluorescent probe is easy, convenient and rapid to operate in detection, high in sensitivity, good in selectivity and short in response time, can conduct in situ and real-time monitoring on a to-be-detected target, and has wide application range.
