The invention provides Bacillus sp., applied to pharmaceutical development and daily cosmetics, broadening the scope of biomedical microorganisms. Genes of marine dextranase and their expression-translated dextranase are extracted from Bacillus sp. L-1; compared with other dextranases, the marine dextranase is from marine low-temperature high-salinity environments and has high dextran degrading efficiency in sea water at 25-30 DEG C, can act at normal temperature, is highly unstable at the temperature higher than 40 DEG C, and can be deactivated at medium temperature, thus having its safety ensured.
