| Abstract | 构建科学合理的大陆自然岸线格局,落实自然岸线保有率控制制度是我国海洋生态文明建设的重要任务和目标。文章以山东省为例,基于海岸带规划管理视角,探讨自然岸线的内涵以及自然岸线格局构建、自然岸线保有率控制指标分解的思路与方法,并提出自然岸线保护与管理的对策建议。 |
| Other Abstract | It is very important for marine ecological civilization construction to construct rational pattern of natural coastline and control the retention rate of natural coastline.Taking Shandong province for example,based on the view of integrated planning and management of coastal zone, the definition of natural coastline,theoretical framework and methods on constructing natural coastline pattern and decomposing natural coastline retention rate were studied,and the coastline protection and management measures were proposed |
