| Abstract | 我国海洋牧场开发近几年取得了重要进展。本文在简要介绍海洋牧场概念、我国海洋牧场开发历史与现状基础上,指出当前我国海洋牧场开发建设中尚存在布局不合理、选址不科学、结构类型单一、运营模式粗放、管理困难等突出问题和挑战,并从体制转变、制度完善、政策引导和技术创新等方面提出了对策建议。; China’s marine ranching has made a rapid development in recent years .On basis of a brief introduction to concept of marine ranching and the developing progress of china ’s marine ranching , this article considers that china’s marine ranching is confronted with a number of problems and chal‐lenges ,including unreasonable spatial arrangement ,unscientific location ,single type ,extensive oper‐ation mode ,and difficulties in management ,and discussed accordingly the countermeasures from as‐pects of system transform ,institution improvement ,policy design and technological innovation . |
