The invention relates to the detection of organic pesticide, in particular to a method and a device for detecting organic pesticide. The method comprises the following steps of : inserting an ion selective electrode modified by a molecular imprinting polymer into a measuring pool containing indicating ions to generate a control potential rate changing signal; inserting the electrode into a measuring pool containing standard organic pesticide to perform enrichment for a certain time, transferring the electrode to the measuring pool containing the indicating ions again to generate a standard potential rate changing signal, and drawing the concentration of the organic pesticide through the change of control and standard potential rate to obtain a standard operating curve; inserting the electrode into a measuring pool containing samples to be measured finally to perform enrichment for a certain time, and transferring the electrode to the measuring pool containing the indicating ions to generate a sample potential rate changing signal; and controlling the standard operating curve to obtain the concentration of the organic pesticide. In the method, a medium transformation method is adopted in the measuring process, namely detection test solution is indicating ion solution rather than complex sample solution, so the interference of matrixes of the complex sample solution is eliminated effectively.
