The invention relates to the technical field of sewage reclamation and soil repair, in particular to a method for repairing coastal salinized and alkalized farmland soil by means of reclaimed water. The method comprises the steps that the reclaimed water obtained through reclaiming treatment is subjected to enhancing treatment again through a ditch formed between a reclaimed water source and saline-alkali soil to be repaired and then conveyed to the saline-alkali soil for broad irrigation; reclaimed water storing and field steeping are conducted, and then water is drained through a draining treatment system laid on the saline-alkali soil to be repaired; new reclaimed water is introduced again, field steeping is conducted again, continuous repeated field steeping is conducted to conduct salt-leaching treatment on the saline-alkali soil to be repaired, when the salt content of surface soil is lower than 0.3%, crops are planted in the saline-alkali soil to be repaired, and the reclaimed water is conveyed to the saline-alkali soil to be repaired for irrigation during the crop growth period and after the crops are harvested so as to achieve the purposes of promoting surface soil salt to migrate to deep soil and achieving continuous restraining of the salt content. According to the method for repairing the coastal salinized and alkalized farmland soil by means of the reclaimed water, the salt of moderate-severe saline-alkali soil is rapidly reduced through salt leaching with the reclaimed water, and by means of sufficient irrigation of the reclaimed water during the crop growth period and after the crops are harvested, the purposes of providing moisture needed by crop growth and promoting the surface soil salt to migrate to the deep soil so as to achieve continuous restraining of the salt content are achieved.
