The present invention relates to potential type microelectrode sensor, and is especially one kind of universal potential type microelectrode sensor and its preparation and application. The sensor is a selective microelectrode with a tip at one end; Conductive material is inserted into the microelectrode, and the tip of the microelectrode is filled with a mixed layer of ion selective sensitive film and solid conductive material, a solid conductive material layer and a sealing layer in turn. The porous carbon material of the present invention is used as ion electron conducting layer and as the carrier of the film. The sensor has the advantages of simple manufacture, high sensitivity, low cost, etc. and is easy to miniaturize. In addition, compared with the existing liquid film microelectrode, the solid contact type sensitive film microelectrode has the advantages of high response speed, good stability, long service life and the like, can realize the on-site in-situ analysis of various ions in single cells, plant roots and sediments, and provides a new idea for realizing real-time monitoring of environmental processes and environmental toxicology plasma change flux.
