摘要	本实用新型公开了一种具有干燥功能的固体发酵装置，包括外机壳，外机壳的内腔设有内釜体，内釜体的底端中部贯通连接出料斗，所述内釜体的底端边缘均匀的嵌设有若干风热管，所述风热管安装在内釜体的内腔，风热管靠近内釜体侧壁的一端贯通连接出气管，所述内釜体的外圆面上部套设有电热器，外机壳的底端固定安装有喷气装置，外机壳的底端一侧固定安装有加热器，加热器的出气端通过连通管贯通连接喷气装置；本实用新型通过高温空气配合风热管直接加热内釜体内的固体发酵，同时通过电热器从内釜体的外部加热内釜体内的固体发酵，从而实现内外同时加热固体发酵，从而保证固体发酵整体受热，保证受热的均匀性，从而保证干燥的均匀质量。
其他摘要	The solid fermentation device with the drying function comprises an outer shell, an inner kettle body is arranged in an inner cavity of the outer shell, a discharging hopper is connected to the middleof the bottom end of the inner kettle body in a penetrating mode, a plurality of air heat pipes are evenly embedded in the edge of the bottom end of the inner kettle body, and the air heat pipes areinstalled in the inner cavity of the inner kettle body. The end, close to the side wall of the inner kettle body, of the air heat pipe is communicated with an air outlet pipe, an electric heater sleeves the upper part of the outer circular surface of the inner kettle body, an air injection device is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the outer shell, a heater is fixedly mounted on one side of the bottom end of the outer shell, and the air outlet end of the heater is communicated with the air injection device through a communicating pipe; according to the utility model, solid fermentation inthe inner kettle body is directly heated by matching high-temperature air with the air heat pipe, and solid fermentation in the inner kettle body is heated from the outside of the inner kettle body through the electric heater, so that simultaneous internal and external heating of solid fermentation is realized, the integral heating of the solid fermentation is ensured, the heating uniformity is ensured, and the drying uniformity quality is ensured.
