| 摘要 | 本发明公开了一株产γ‑氨基丁酸的植物乳杆菌LHP710及其应用，该菌株通过优化发酵条件和生物催化的方式可高产γ‑氨基丁酸，具体的，通过发酵罐优化发酵条件可将γ‑氨基丁酸的产量提升至4.36g/L，且发酵性能相对稳定；以L‑谷氨酸为底物催化制备γ‑氨基丁酸的产量可达44.3g/1L生物催化反应体系，且纯度不低于98%；该植物乳杆菌LHP710可应用至营养果蔬粉等功能性食品、安神助眠等保健品以及护肤品、生物饲料等不同领域，具有广泛的应用前景。 |

The strain can produce high yield of gamma-aminobutyric acid by optimizing fermentation conditions and biocatalysis, specifically, the yield of gamma-aminobutyric acid can be increased to 4.36 g/L by optimizing fermentation conditions in a fermentation tank, and the fermentation performance is relatively stable; The yield of preparing gamma-aminobutyric acid by using L-glutamic acid as substrate can be up to 44.3 g/1L, and its purity is not less than 98%; The Lactobacillus plantarum LHP710 can be applied to different fields such as functional foods such as nutritional fruit and vegetable powder, health care products such as tranquilizing and sleep assisting products, skin care products, biological feeds and the like, and has wide application prospect. |
