Comprises a protective cylinder, a dustproof plate, a soil column barrel, a steel wire rope, a drainage device, a support, a leaching solution collector, a weighing mechanism, a pipeline, a water potential sensor, a water suction pump, a sampler, a signal line, a controller, a control line, an electronic water meter and a water pipe. The protective cylinder is buried under the ground, the protective cylinder is internally provided with a weighing mechanism, the weighing mechanism is provided with a support, the support is in contact with a soil column barrel, and the soil column barrel is provided with a drainage device. According to the utility model, the main body device is placed in an underground environment, so that the deviation between conditions such as environmental temperature and moisture in the soil column and actual environmental conditions can be reduced, the soil environmental conditions can be simulated to the maximum extent, and the soil moisture movement process can be accurately described and the transpiration and water consumption law of crops can be studied. Through the combination of a small in-situ evapotranspiration instrument and an intelligent irrigation system, the cultivation conditions of crops can be simulated to the maximum extent, and the actual evapotranspiration amount under the condition of stabilizing soil moisture can be stabilized.
