AbstractAs new types of marine pollutants, micro-nanoplastics have attracted great attention. It is of great significance to explore the interaction between micro-nanoplastics and organisms, which is crucial to unveil their ecological effects and environmental fates. At present, most of the related works focused on the “physical level”, such as transport, distribution and accumulation in organisms, but there is few research regarding to “ chemical level”, like degradation behavior and related regulations. In this paper, we briefly reviewed the research status, degradation mechanism, and evaluation analytical methods of biodegradation of plastic pollution, which can provide reference for the study of biodegradation of micro-nanoplastics in the ocean.
Other Abstract作为一类新型海洋污染物,微纳塑料引起了人们的高度重视。 探索微纳塑料与生物的相互作用,对于揭示 其生态效应和环境归趋具有重要意义。 目前相关工作大多集中于生物体内转运、分布和蓄积等“物理”层面,微纳塑 料的“化学”降解行为及相关规律研究尚鲜有涉猎。 本文从塑料污染生物降解的研究现状、降解机制、评价分析方法 等方面进行简要综述,以期为海洋中微纳塑料生物降解研究提供参考。
