Other AbstractBased on the strength and weakness of bridge scheme, bridge-tunnel scheme and tunnel scheme,an optimized construction scheme named breaststroke type is put forward. Integrating advantages of other schemes and avoiding their disadvantages, the scheme not only makes full use of various advantage conditions of Bohai, but also protects environment, reduces cost and enhances safety farthest. It provides a solid evidence to the feasibility of tunnel project and has important reference value for decision maker’s construction decision.
