| 其他摘要 | The present invention relates to food fresh keeping, and specifically to an edible inulin composite packaging film, a preparation method and an application thereof. The edible inulin composite packaging film is formed by compounding a film forming base material, an auxiliary film-forming agent, a plasticizer and a cross-linking agent, wherein the film forming base material is inulin, the assistant film forming agent comprises sodium alginate and water, and the raw materials comprise, by mass, 2-50% of inulin, 0.25-2.5% of sodium alginate, 1-5% of a plasticizer, 1-5% of a cross-linking agent, and the balance of water. The edible inulin composite packaging film of the present invention has characteristics of high transparency, good edibility, good antioxidant property, and the like. The film forming base material inulin is a soluble dietary fiber, provides physiological health functions for human body, and can provide a certain nutrients for microbes inside human body. The film preparation process of the present invention has characteristics of simple process, low cost, fast film forming curing, wide raw material sources, good taste of the formed film, and environment protection. In addition, the edible inulin composite packaging film can be adopted as meat product fresh keeping films, fruit and vegetable fresh keeping films, candy packaging films, medical equipment materials or can be applicable for preparations of disposable daily necessities. |
