英文摘要We have described a turn on fluorescent probe BOD-NHOH based on hydroxylamine oxidation for detecting intracellular ferric ions. The probe comprises a signal transducer of BODIPY dye and a Fe3+-response modulator of hydroxylamine. It is readily employed for assessing intracellular ferric ion levels, and confocal imaging is achieved successfully.; We have described a turn on fluorescent probe BOD-NHOH based on hydroxylamine oxidation for detecting intracellular ferric ions.
