摘要	本发明涉及日化领域及医药行业，具体是一种含烟酰胺基的碘代甲基三氮唑淀粉及其制备方法和应用。含烟酰胺基的碘代甲基三氮唑淀粉结构式如式(1)所示，其中，平均聚合度n取值范围是5‑12000。本发明反应高效，易于推广，所需设备及原料易得。研究表明合成的含烟酰胺基的碘代甲基三氮唑淀粉水溶性好，具有极好的抑真菌活性，增强了淀粉的生物活性，扩大了淀粉的应用范围，可以广泛应用于日化及医药领域。
其他摘要	The invention relates to the field of daily chemicals and the industry of medicines, and particularly relates to iodomethyltriazole starch containing a nicotinamide group, and a preparing method and applications thereof. The structure formula of the iodomethyltriazole starch containing the nicotinamide group is shown as a formula (1), wherein the average degree of polymerization n is 5-12000. The method is efficient in reaction and prone to popularization. Needed devices and raw materials are easily available. Research proves that the synthesized iodomethyltriazole starch containing the nicotinamide group has good water solubility and extremely good fungistatic activity, enhances bioactivity of the starch, expands the application range of starch and can be widely used in the fields of daily chemicals and medicines.
