摘要	本发明涉及日化领域及医药行业，具体是一种乙酰化淀粉季膦盐及其制备方法和应用。乙酰化淀粉季膦盐结构式如式(1)所示，其中，R1为含有不同活性基团的烷基或者芳基取代基；R2为乙酰基季膦盐、氯乙酰基或氢；平均聚合度n取值范围是5‑12000。本发明反应高效，易于推广，所需设备及原料易得。研究表明合成的乙酰化淀粉季膦盐水溶性好，具有极好的抑真菌活性，增强了淀粉的生物活性，扩大了淀粉的应用范围，可以广泛应用于日化及医药领域。
其他摘要	The invention relates to the daily chemical field and a pharmaceutical industry and concretely relates to an acetylated starch quaternary phosphonium salt and its preparation method and use. The acetylated starch quaternary phosphonium salt has a structure shown in a structural formula (1), wherein R1 represents an alkyl or aryl substituent group containing different active groups, R2 represents acetyl quaternary phosphonium salt, chloroacetyl or hydrogen and a mean polymerization degree n is in a range of 5-12000. The preparation method has high reaction efficiency, can be promoted easily and utilizes easily available devices and raw materials. A study shows that the acetylated starch quaternary phosphonium salt has good water solubility and good fungus inhibition activity, improves starch biological activity, widens a starch application range and can be widely used in the field of daily chemical and medicines.
