| 其他摘要 | The invention relates to genetic engineering technology, in particular to a homologous recombination empty vector of D. salina chloroplast and its application. The vector includes a promoter and a terminator. The recombinant empty vector contains an upstream homology arm of the base sequence shown in SEQ ID NO : 1 and a downstream homology arm of the base sequence shown in SEQ ID NO : 2. The nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO : which forms a polycistronic structure with at least one exogenous gene is interposed. By adopting the Dunaliella salina chloroplast stable expression system of the present invention, multiple foreign genes can be stably expressed in the chloroplast. |
