The collection method includes the following steps : (1) a step of the low temperature treatment of urechis unicinctus; (2) a step of microcurrent stimulation and body surface mucus collecting; and (3) a step offreeze-drying. The provided urechis unicinctus body surface mucus has bacteriostatic action and can be applied to antibacterial and antibacterial biological products.
