The invention relates to functional food and medicine industries, in particular to glucosamine heparin salt and application thereof. The structural formula of the glucosamine heparin salt is shown in formula (1), wherein the average polymerization degree n ranges from 5 to 500. The glucosamine heparin salt is obtained by ion exchange of glucosamine hydrochloride or sulfate or phosphate and heparin sodium, or mixed solution dialysis, or mixed solution direct precipitation, The heparin molecular weight is obtained by natural extraction, or fermentation preparation, or degradation, or all polysaccharides conforming to heparin structure obtained by synthetic method. According to the invention, heparin and glucosamine are organically combined together, which is different from the existing compound product of the heparin and the glucosamine, the purity is higher, and the prepared glucosamine heparin salt has stronger anticoagulant effect and can be used for but is not limited to the application of anticoagulant drug treatment or auxiliary health care effect.
