AbstractMolecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) are widely used based on predetermined selectivity of specific molecules and their similar structures. Stimuli-responsive polymer is referred to the material whose physical or chemical properties change with the changes of the external environment. With the rapid development of detection and monitoring technology driven by the needs of various sectors of society, people also put forward the requirements of more intelligent, high-throughput, high-sensitivity MIPs, stimulus response molecularly imprinted polymer (SR-MIPs) came into being. SR-MIPs combine the two advantages, which not only have the ability to respond to external stimuli, but also have the specific recognition function, and can complete the specific controlled release of target molecules under the regulation of external stimuli. SR-MIPs has great development potential in intelligent control. With its unique functional advantages, it has been widely used in environmental detection, biomedicine, food analysis and other fields. This paper reviewed the application progress of SR-MIPS. First, the response types and characteristics of SR-MIPS were introduced. Then, the application progress of SR-MIPs in environment, biomedicine, food and other fields was introduced. Finally, the development and application prospects of SR-MIPs were prospected.
Other Abstract分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)是一种凭借对特定分子及其相似结构分子的预定选择性而被广泛应用的高分子 聚合物。 刺激响应聚合物(SRPs)是指随着外界环境改变,其物理或化学性质发生相应改变的聚合物。 随着检测及监 测技术在社会各行业需求推动下的迅速发展,人们对 MIPs 也提出了更智能化、高通量、高灵敏度的要求,刺激响应分 子印迹聚合物(SR-MIPs)应运而生。 结合两者优势的 SR-MIPs 同时具有响应外界刺激及特异性识别功能,可以在外 界刺激的调控下完成对目标分子的特异性控释。 SR-MIPs 在智能化控制方面开发潜力大,凭借其独特的功能优势现 已广泛用于环境检测、生物医药、食品分析等领域。 该文综述了 SR-MIPs 制备与应用的研究进展,首先介绍了 SRMIPs 的各种响应类型及特点,随后总结其在环境、生物医药、食品等领域的应用,最后对其发展和应用前景作出了 展望。
