Abstract本发明涉及新资源食品加工技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及菊粉颗粒饮料及其制备方法。其组成及重量份数为,菊粉1~100份,辅料0~99份,润湿剂0.1~10份,粘结剂1~100份。本发明利用菊粉独特的高甜度、低脂肪、低热值性能,以菊粉作为主要原料制作成固体颗粒饮料,能够满足不同人群的特殊需要,尤其适合糖尿病人饮用,具有风味自然、速溶性好、应用范围广、饮用方便,同时具有不易变质、货架期长、携带方便的特点。本发明解决了菊粉易吸湿,制粒困难的问题,为一款可溶性菊粉颗粒饮料。
