摘要	本发明涉及日化领域及医药行业，具体讲是一种O-(氨基乙基)菊糖及其制备和应用。O-(氨基乙基)菊糖为式(1)所示，其中n的平均取值范围是10-35。制备方法：将菊糖经碱化后与氮丙啶在蒸溜水中40-75℃条件下反应8-16h，然后用甲醇析出产物，依次用甲醇、丙酮洗涤，真空冷冻干燥即得。本发明通过有效的合成手段得到的O-(氨基乙基)菊糖，使侵入菊糖内部的水份子在低温结成冰，体积的增大削弱了菊糖分子间氢键，破坏其分子的规整性，降低其结晶度，促进碱化反应，从而提高了碱化度，合成步骤简单，成本较低。式(1)
其他摘要	The invention relates to O-(amino ethyl) inulin and the preparation and the application thereof, belonging to the cosmetic and pharmaceutical field. The O-(amino ethyl) inulin has the formula (1), wherein n is selected from 10 to 35 on average. The method for preparing the O-(amino ethyl) inulin comprises the following steps : alkalifying inulin, making the alkalified inulin react with aziridine in distilled water for 8-16 hours at 40-75 DEG C, separating out the product of reaction with methanol, washing the product of reaction with methanol and acetone in sequence, and freezing and drying the product of reaction in vacuum to obtain the O-(amino ethyl) inulin. The water molecules intruding into the O-(amino ethyl) inulin which is synthesized with the effective method are made to freeze atlow temperature, thus the volume of the O-(amino ethyl) inulin is increased, the hydrogen bonds among the O-(amino ethyl) inulin molecules are weakened, the regularity of the O-(amino ethyl) inulin molecules is damaged, the crystallinity of the O-(amino ethyl) inulin is reduced, the alkalization reaction is promoted, and the degree of alkalization is improved accordingly. The O-(amino ethyl) inulin can be synthesized with simple steps and has low cost.
