The invention relates to the field of pesticides, in particular to marine algous endophytic fungus diterpenoid alkaloids and preparation and application thereof. The structural formula is shown as (I). The preparation method comprises the following steps of : inoculating Aspergillus oryzae cf-2 into a culture medium for static fermentation, extracting and concentrating fermentation liquor by usingethyl acetate, extracting mycelium by using an organic solvent, extracting and concentrating by using ethyl acetate, and mixing concentrates to obtain a crude extract; performing silica column chromatography on the crude extract, performing gradient elution by using an organic solvent, collecting eluent, and detecting the eluent by using thin layer chromatography; and performing gel column chromatography, silica column chromatography and thin layer chromatography on gradient elution components of the eluent in a volume ratio of (5-8) : 1 for separation and purification to obtain the target compounds. The marine algous endophytic fungus diterpenoid alkaloids have the fatality rate of 42.9 percent for artemia when the concentration is 100 milligrams/milliliter through pesticidal activity experiments.
