The invention relates to daily chemical field and medicinal industry, and specifically relates to 6-aminolactose, preparation and application thereof. 6-aminolactose is shown as a formula (1). The preparation of the 6-aminolactose comprises : reacting modified lactose with sodium azide at 70-80 DEG C for 16-24 h, and purifying to obtain 6-azido-2, 3, 4-acetyllactose, wherein the molar amount of sodium azide is 2-3 times of that of lactose; reducing 6-azido-2, 3, 4-acetyllactose by employing triphenyl phosphine to obtain 6-amino-2, 3, 4-acetyllactose, wherein the molar ratio of triphenyl phosphine to lactose is 4 : 1; and performing hydrazinolysis or hydrolysis reaction to obtain 6-aminolactose. The synthetic steps are simple, the preparation method is easy to popularize, and demanded equipment and raw materials are easily available. 6-aminolactose obtained by employing the effective synthetic means is easy to purify because acetyl is used for protecting the product.
