摘要本发明属于生物技术,具体涉及一种热稳定的光学敏化材料及其应用。光学敏化材料为嗜热蓝藻天然提取的完整藻胆体。所述光学敏化材料为交联处理后、置换于低盐缓冲液中的嗜热蓝藻的完整藻胆体。本发明敏化材料,敏化TiO2颗粒电极的方式处理半导体电极,而后采用室温抽真空干燥,依赖静电力吸附和氢键相互作用完成电极对敏化材料的吸附,而后组装为染料敏化太阳能电池,敏化半导体电极使之在光照条件下可以直接完成太阳能到电能的转化,实现其作为新型光学敏化材料的功能。由于长期处于光照产生的热环境中,光学敏化材料的热稳定特性大大延长组装后的电池的使用寿命。将在太阳能利用,转换和存储方面具有应用广阔的前景,并且在转化太阳能作为新一代的替代能源,为人类提供充足的电力和社会可持续发展方面有着广泛的应用。
其他摘要The present invention relates to a biotechnology, and particularly to a thermally stable optical sensitized material and an application thereof. The optical sensitized material is complete phycobilisome naturally extracted from thermophilic blue-green algae. The optical sensitized material is the complete phycobilisome of the thermophilic blue-green algae replaced in low salt buffer solutions after crosslinking treatment. For the sensitized material of the present invention, a semiconductor electrode is processed in a TiO2 particle electrode sensitization mode, then vacuumizing drying is carried out at the room temperature, adsorption of the electrode to the sensitized material is completed by means of electrostatic force adsorption and hydrogen bond interaction, a dye-sensitized solar cell is formed by assembling the sensitized material, the semiconductor electrode is sensitized so that solar energy can be directly converted into electric energy under the light condition, and the function that the semiconductor electrode serves as a novel optical sensitized material is achieved. Since the optical sensitized material is located in the thermal environment generated through light illumination for a long time, the service life of the assembled cell is greatly prolonged because of the thermal stability characteristic of the optical sensitized material. The thermally stable optical sensitized material has broad application prospects in the aspects of utilization, conversion and storage of solar energy, and is widely applied in the aspects of converting the solar energy to serve as a new generation of alternative energy, providing sufficient electric power for humans and achieving social sustainable development.
