The invention relates to the field of bacteriostatic agents and in particular relates to a natural hexacyclic alkaloid compound with an algae endophytic fungi source as well as a preparation method and application thereof in an antibacterial aspect. A specific structure of the compound is shown as a formula (I). The preparation method comprises the following steps : inoculating algae endophytic fungus aspergillus versicolor DL-29 into a fungus medium to be fermented and cultured, separating and purifying the fermentation product, thereby obtaining the hexacyclic alkaloid compound as shown in a formula (I). According to the alkaloid compound prepared by the method, due to bacteriostatic activity experiments, the minimal inhibitory concentration of the compound can reach 2micrograms per milliliter.
