摘要	本发明涉及海洋化工工程技术领域，具体涉及一种含卤代苯的羧甲基壳聚糖及其制备方法和应用，以壳聚糖、异丙醇、氢氧化钠、氯乙酸、1‑(3‑二甲氨基丙基)‑3‑乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐、N‑羟基琥珀酰亚胺及卤代苯胺类化合物为原料制备而成。本发明反应过程简单，所需设备及所需材料易得，且经研究证明，衍生物具有很好的抑菌活性，可以广泛应用于医药和农药等领域。
其他摘要	The invention relates to the technical field of marine chemical engineering, in particular to halogenated benzene-containing carboxymethyl chitosan, and a preparation method and application thereof. The halogenated benzene-containing carboxymethyl chitosan is prepared from the following raw materials : chitosan, isopropanol, sodium hydroxide, chloroacetic acid, 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride, N-hydroxysuccinimide and halogenated aniline compounds. The invention has the advantages of simple reaction process, easily available required equipment and required materials, and the research proves that the derivative has good bacteriostatic activity and can be widely applied to the fields of medicines, pesticides and the like.
