海洋GIS模型服务聚合应用研究

    随着网络技术的发展,尤在海洋GIS服务化应用趋势的背景下,正迎来新一代的海洋GIS架构技术与开发模式。海洋GIS模型作为对海洋GIS时空数据处理、分析、模拟和表达的工具,特别是海洋GIS专业应用模型作为定量化研究海洋环境、海洋系统与全球变化、海-气相互作用、海洋生态系统、河口海岸过程、海洋开发及应用等海洋领域复杂问题的有效手段,可以为海洋科研、教学、工程设计、规划管理、环境预测预报及评价、海洋经济可持续发展和军事海洋环境条件保证提供支持。而如何实现分布式网络环境下,各领域海洋GIS模型的分布式共享和聚合应用,将是决定海洋GIS服务化程度的关键所在。
本文致力于海洋GIS模型服务聚合应用的研究,提出了海洋GIS模型服务动态聚合应用体系和运行机制,对海洋GIS模型服务聚合应用涉及的关键技术进行了深入研究,并以典型的海洋GIS时空数据为例,验证了海洋GIS时空分析模型服务的聚合方法,以极地海冰-海洋参数遥感反演模型为例,验证了海洋GIS专业应用模型服务的聚合方法。主要研究内容包括:
(1)海洋GIS模型服务动态聚合体系和运行机制
对比分析海洋GIS模型服务动态聚合与传统的基于工作流模式的服务组合和服务集成应用的不同,提出海洋GIS模型服务动态聚合体系和运行机制,为研究海洋GIS模型服务聚合关键技术,以及构建特定的海洋GIS模型服务聚合应用,提供总体框架和顶层指导。
(2)海洋GIS时空数据及其分布式共享体系
对海洋GIS时空数据的特点进行分析,并从现场观测、遥感和数值模拟三个方面分析了海洋GIS时空数据的获取方法。为了完整地表达和分析海洋现象的特征与变化规律,将过程引入海洋GIS时空数据的组织与表达中,并提出了面向过程的海洋GIS时空数据组织与表达方法。针对海洋GIS模型共享对数据的需要,探讨了海洋GIS时空数据的分布式共享方法,提出了面向服务的海洋GIS时空数据分布式共享体系,并结合3种典型的海洋时空数据,实践了基于OGC接口的数据服务构建方法。
(3)海洋GIS模型的特点及其分类体系
将海洋GIS模型分为两类:海洋GIS时空分析模型和海洋GIS专业应用模型。前者侧重于图形显示,即描述海洋时空现象及其属性特征的相互关系;后者侧重于数值计算,即应用时空分析模型进行有关空间自相关、空间结构特征模拟等方面的计算。
(4)海洋GIS模型服务的构建技术
提出海洋GIS模型共享服务平台的概念,分析了海洋GIS模型共享服务平台设计的指导思想,然后对模型共享服务平台所涉及的关键技术进行了深入研究。其中包括:海洋GIS模型服务的识别及粒度选择方法、海洋GIS模型服务接口和模型服务的控制与管理。提出基于海洋GIS模型稳定性的模型服务识别方法,以及模型服务粒度选择方法。将海洋GIS模型的稳定性作为模型服务粒度选择的一个重要指标。对海洋GIS模型中每一个模型功能进行稳定性分析,将稳定的模型功能映射为大粒度的模型服务,对不稳定的模型功能进行分解,并映射为小粒度的模型服务。基于WPS接口规范,提出了海洋GIS模型服务接口的概念,海洋GIS模型服务接口基于WPS规范定义,并在WPS的基础上进行了扩展,可以实现从同一个海洋GIS模型服务中访问不同的模型功能。将海洋GIS模型服务的控制与管理分为内部管理和外部管理,并重点研究了基于海洋GIS模型服务接口中start、getPercent、getStatus和cancel等功能的共享服务控制和状态监控方法。
(5)海洋GIS模型服务的发布、管理方法
从海洋GIS模型服务发布与管理的需求出发,提出海洋GIS模型服务虚拟社区的概念,给出了海洋GIS模型服务虚拟社区的体系架构。研究基于海洋GIS模型服务虚拟社区体系架构的模型服务发布方法,从模型服务核心元数据、参考元数据和扩展元数据3个层面研究并提出了模型服务的发布方法。在基于扩展元数据的海洋GIS模型服务的发布方法研究中,提出了模型服务Tag标签的聚类提取方法,通过4个步骤可以实现模型服务Tag标签的自动提取:1)海洋GIS模型服务描述词的提取;2)描述词权重的计算;3)标签类别训练数据的构建;4)模型服务标签的聚类提取。对海洋GIS模型服务查询方法进行了研究,提出了海洋GIS模型服务多层次匹配方法和分类选择方法。
(6)聚合应用原型系统、典型案例的构建
基于用户兴趣区选择的模型服务聚合方法,构建海洋GIS时空分析模型服务聚合应用原型系统,并结合Argo浮标数据、中尺度涡旋数据和表层浮标数据的时空属性分析、时空状态分析和时空过程分析等构建了典型应用。基于按需服务订单的模型服务聚合方法,构建了海洋GIS专业应用模型服务聚合应用原型系统,并以极地海冰-海洋参数遥感反演模型为实例进行聚合应用实践,主要包括:海冰参数(海冰密集度反演模型和冰间湖识别模型)遥感反演模型和海表参数遥感反演模型。

With the development of network technology, especially under the background of marine GIS services application trend, it is ushering a new generation of marine GIS architecture. Marine GIS model as a tool to process, analyze, simulate and represent the marine GIS spatio-temporal data, particularly the marine GIS professional application model as a quantitative tool to study the marine environment, ocean system and global change, air-sea interaction, marine ecosystem, estuary coastal processes, ocean development and application, and other marine field complex problems, which can provide support to marine scientific research, teaching, engineering design, planning and management, forecasting and evaluation of the environment, sustainable development of marine economy and military marine environmental conditions. However, the distributed sharing and composition of the marine GIS model in the distributed network environment will effect the extent of marine GIS services.

Aiming at the composition techniques of marine GIS model services, this paper proposed the architecture and operation mechanism of marine GIS model dynamic composition, which can provide the overall framework and the top-level guidance for studying the key technologies of marine GIS model services composition and constructing specific marine GIS model services composition applications. This paper has made a thorough study on the key technology of the composition of marine GIS model services. Taking typical marine GIS spatio-temporal data as examples, it verifies the composition method of the marine GIS spatio-temporal analysis model services. Taking remote sensing inversion model of the polar sea ice-ocean parameters as example, it verifies the composition method of the marine GIS professional application model services. The main contents of this paper include:

(1) The architecture and the operation mechanism of marine GIS model services composition

This paper has compared the composition techniques of marine GIS model services and the traditional services composition techniques based on workflow. Then on the basis of this comparison, the architecture and operation mechanism of marine GIS model dynamic composition have been proposed, which can provide the overall framework and the top-level guidance for studying the key technologies of marine GIS model service composition and constructing specific marine GIS model services composition applications.

(2) Marine GIS spatio-temporal data and its distributed sharing architecture

This paper analyzed the characteristics of the marine GIS spatio-temporal data, and analyzed the data access methods from three respects: observation, remote sensing and numerical simulation, and described the characteristics of the marine GIS spatio-temporal data. In order to fully represent and analyze the characteristics and changing process of ocean phenomena, the spatio-temporal process was introduced, and a spatio-temporal process-oriented organization and representation method of marine GIS spatio-temporal data has been proposed. According to the data demands of the distributed marine GIS model sharing, this paper studied the distributed sharing technology of the marine GIS spatio-temporal data, and put forward the service-oriented distributed sharing system of marine GIS spatio-temporal data, and practiced the construction method of data services based on the OGC service interface specification with three kinds of typical marine GIS spatio-temporal data.

(3) The characteristics of marine GIS model and its classification system

Marine GIS models were classified into marine GIS spatio-temporal analysis model and the marine GIS professional application model. The former focuses on the graphical display, and describes the spatio-temporal relationship between ocean phenomena and property characteristics. The latter focuses on the numerical calculation, and is used to the space autocorrelation calculation and spatial structure simulation.

(4) The construction technology of marine GIS model services

This paper put forward the concept of marine GIS model sharing service platform, and analyzed the design guidelines of marine GIS model sharing service platform, and further studied the key technologies involved in the marine GIS model sharing service platform. Includingidentification and particle size selection of marine GIS model services, the interface and management of marine GIS model service. This paper proposed service identification methods based on the stability of marine GIS model, and model particle size selection method, which takes the stability of the marine GIS model as an important indicator. According to the analysis of the marine GIS models, the stable models are mapped to coarse-grained model services, and the instable models are mapped to fine-grained model services. The concept of marine GIS model service interface was proposed based on the the WPS specification specification, which is the expansion of the WPS specification specification. Control and management of marine GIS model services were classified into internal management and external management, and the getPercent, getStatus and cancel functions in the marine GIS model service interface for sharing services control and status monitoring were mainly studied.

(5) The publication and management methods of marine GIS model service

According to the publication and management demands of the marine GIS model service, this paper proposed the concept of virtual communities of marine GIS model services, and put forward the architecture of the virtual community of marine GIS model service, and studied the marine GIS model service publishing method based on the virtual community architecture. This paper studied and put forward the marine GIS model service publishing method from three respects: marine GIS model service core Metadata, marine GIS model service reference metadata and marine GIS model service extended metadata. In the study of the marine GIS model service publishing method based on the marine GIS model service extended metadata, this paper proposed the extraction method of the Tags for the marine GIS model service, this method consists of four steps: 1) Extract the describe words of the marine GIS model service. 2) Calculate the weight of the describe words. 3) Construct the training data for Tags categories. 4) Extract the Tags of the marine GIS model service. This paper studied the query method of the marine GIS model services, and proposed the multi-level matching method and classification selection method of the marine GIS model services.

(6) The construction of the composition application prototype system

The composition application prototype system of marine GIS spatio-temporal analysis model was built based on the marine GIS model services selection method of the user interest area selection, and the typical cases were built with the spatio-temporal property analysis, spatio-temporal state analysis and the spatio-temporal process analysis of the Argo buoy data, mesoscale vortex data and the surface buoy data. The other composition application prototype system of marine GIS spatio-temporal analysis model was built based on the on-demand services order, this prototype system took the remote sensing inversion model of the polar sea ice-ocean parameters as examples, Several models of different types are developed or adapted, including: remote sensing inversion models of sea surface parameters, and remote sensing inversion models of sea ice parameters (sea ice density inversion model and the polynya identification model).
