英文摘要With the objective to identify promising molecular biomarkers for marine pollution monitoring, a new cytochrome P450 gene was identified from Venerupis (Ruditapes) philippinarum and classified as a member of a new subfamily, CYP414A1. Phylogenetic analysis showed that CYP414A1 was closely related to members of the CYP2 family. CYP414A1 mRNA expression was significantly induced by 50 mu g/L B[a]P at 96h, while no significant change was found in 5 mu g/L B[a]P-exposed samples. For heavy metals exposure, the expression of CYP414A1 was significantly up-regulated by Cd but sharply depressed by Cu exposure.
