In the background of increasing integration between ocean culture and econamy in the world, ocean culture industry will be one of the main development points of ocean cause in the future both in Shandong peninsula and Liaodong peninsula. As important components of around Bohai economic circle, they rely on their favourably endowed ocean culture resources, location advantages and the positive policy. Meanwhile, the development of ocean culture industry faces a number of common problems as it’s a relative newcomer. The two districts will be united by the construction of cross-sea channel of Bohai straits, and the win-win cooperation of ocean culture industry will be achieved in the backgroud of regional economic integration in the near future.
