渤海海峡区域地壳稳定性评价

英文摘要区域地壳稳定性评价在我国主要作为工程建设的决策和规划的重要参考。这一方法是在我国的大型工程的建设活动中得到了广泛地应用,其应用范围包括大坝、核电站的决策和选址以及城市规划、铁路、隧道等工程的建设等。近年来,随着工程活动规模的扩大,对区域地壳稳定性评价也提出了新的要求:一是需要更加贴近工程实践,实现由场地评价向地质工程设计的转变;二是需要将评价区域由传统的陆地区域扩展到海域。本文即是一次进行海域工程区域地壳稳定性评价的尝试,利用所采集到的渤海海峡及邻区最新的GPS 数据、重磁场数据、高分辨率地震数据和地应力数据等资料,对该区域的断裂活动性、地震活动性、地形变特征、地球物理场和地应力特征等方面进行综合分析,采用基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价方法,按照稳定、较稳定、较不稳定、不稳定四个等级,将渤海海峡跨海通道工程区划分为1600 个5 km×5 km 的评价小区域进行了区域地壳稳定性评价。结果表明,在1600 个评价区中,稳定区和较稳定区较少,分别为204 个和141 个,主要集中在北黄海区域;而研究区大部分区域处于较不稳定和不稳定状态,其数量分别为775 和480 个,且主要位于渤海南部和渤海海峡南部,这明显是因为受到了NNE 向郯庐断裂和NW 向张家口蓬莱断裂的影响。这种评价结果对即将开展的渤海海峡跨海通道工程的规划和建设是十分不利的,需要采用更加详细的工程地质调查手段对这一区域进行进一步的调查和研究。
中文摘要In China, the Regional Crustal Stability Evaluation is mainly used as an important reference to engineering decisionmaking and planning. This subject is an engineering geology branch that developed independently in China. It has experienced more than 50 years since its formation and maturity, and has been widely used in constructing large-scale projects. The applications of this method include the selection of nuclear power stations, the decision-making and location of dams, the construction of bridges, the planning of cities, the selection of railway and tunnels and so on. Some of the famous projects include Guangdong Nuclear Power Station, the Three Gorges Dam, urban planning of Xi’an and Tianjin, the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, Qinling Tunnel construction and so on. The contents of regional crustal stability evaluation include the internal and external geological actions and the influence of medium condi-tions, in which the internal geologic action is the main research object. In recent years, with the expansion of engineering activities, the new requirements for regional crustal stability evaluation are also proposed: first, this method need to be closer to engineering practice, and change from site evaluation to geological engineering design; second, the evaluation area has extends from land to sea. This paper is an attempt to evaluate the regional crustal stability of the sea area: as the economic development of China, the Bohai Sea has become a major factor restricting the development of surrounding areas, so the voices of construction the Bohai Strait Sea-crossing Tunnel are increasingly high. This paper focuses on the evaluation of the regional crustal stability in the Bohai Strait Sea-crossing Tunnel Project area by using the method of fuzzy mathematical evaluation. The indexes to evaluate the crustal stability of the study area in this paper are fault activity, seismic activity, ground deformation characteristics, stress characteristics and ground geophysical field characteristics. These indexes data are obtained from the newest GPS data, gravity and magnetic data, high-resolution seismic data and crustal stress data of this area. In this evaluation, the crustal stability of Bohai strait Sea-crossing tunnel project area has been divided into four levels: very stable, stable, unstable and very unstable. In the evaluation process, divide the research area into 1600 5 × 5 km evaluation areas. The evaluation results show that the most of the evaluation areas are unstable and very unstable, and the number of very stable and stable areas is relatively small: the number of very stable, stable evaluation area is 204 and 141,and mainly in the northern Yellow Sea region; the number of unstable and very unstable evaluation area is 775 and 480, and mainly in the southern Bohai Sea and southern Bohai Strait. This result is obviously due to the influence of Tanlu fault and Zhangjiakou-Penglai fault . This evaluation results are unfavorable for the planning and construction of the Bohai Strait Sea-crossing Tunnel and it is necessary to strengthen the study of this area.
