一种菊粉咀嚼片的制备方法

Abstract本发明涉及新资源食品加工技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种菊粉咀嚼片的制备方法。以菊粉为主要原料,加入辅料,依次经过过筛、制软材、造粒、干燥、整粒、压片得到菊粉咀嚼片。本发明制得的咀嚼片崩解时间为10min~15min,硬度为50N~55N,片重差异限度为3.0%以内。这样制得的菊粉咀嚼片不仅口感细腻、酸甜协调、崩解性好、咀嚼性好,方便携带服用,而且保留了菊粉的保健功能和药理作用,是一种适合各年龄阶段人群食用的良好营养品。
