Abstract本发明涉及一种从金银花提取物中制备高纯度绿原酸的方法,具体涉及膜分离和膜浓缩过程,大孔树脂吸附洗脱过程和聚酰胺精制过程。本发明以金银花提取物为原料,用去离子水溶解,经膜分离和膜浓缩后过大孔树脂柱,流加洗杂液洗杂,用洗脱液洗脱至高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测无绿原酸流出,并收集洗脱液,洗脱液经减压浓缩、聚酰胺柱吸附分离洗脱精制后,喷雾干燥,得绿原酸纯度为98%以上的高纯度绿原酸。该方法制备的绿原酸纯度极高,绿原酸损失少,操作简单,适合大规模生产。
