The invention provides bacillus pumilus with the preservation number CCTCC M2015438. The bacillus pumilus has dual functions of degrading petroleum components and producing surfactants, so that the biomedical microorganism range is widened. According to a glycolipid surfactant preparation method, a cheap oligotrophic culture medium prepared from seawater and nutrients is used for fermentation of biosurfactant-producing glycolipids of marine bacterium bacillus pumilus L-2, so that fermentation cost is reduced effectively.
